Oral History Interview
The Oral History Interview was a project designed to help us to better understand the roots of our families in relation to our health. I interviewed my mother and learned a bit more about the presence of cardiovascular disease in my family.

In Sickness and in Health Exhibition Reflection
During the process leading up to the exhibition, there was a lot of work to be done. The assignment that I was tasked with was to create name tags for every student on the team to be displayed on the night of exhibition. Once I was done with creating the name tags I began to do random assortments of tasks that were beneficial to the final product of the exhibition. I helped lift things, I helped set things up, I helped hang things and did all other assortments of work. Even though I did a lot of work to help build the exhibition, I feel most proud of achieving the great work speed that I had. Name tags took a lot of work, and also had a lot of changes done to them, so completing them on a timely manor while still looking professional is definitely something that I am proud of. Another thing that I am proud of is having completed the oral history interview and making it a piece of beautiful work that I was extremely proud to present. After a lot of hard work and effort, I was proud to present my final piece of the interview project. On the exhibition night, I saw a few people watching it, so that made me feel like the quality of the work was very good, which boosted my pride in my work ever so slightly.

One lesson that I learned from the exhibition work was to be open minded and flexible with the work that I was doing. At first, I was very unhappy with the thought of creating seventy five name tags for the students on our team, but after a while I got used to it and began to despise the job a lot less and then I began to do it very effectively. One major challenge during the creation of the name tags was that my group leader continuously changed what they wanted from us and changed what the final product of the name tags would look like. These changes occurred numerous times and began to get very stressful, but eventually I began to become more flexible which really did help to cope with the never ending changes that took place in the groups work.
